Custom Leather Passport Wallet

 In order to minimize cutting out the pattern multiple times and losing accuracy I printed the downloaded pattern onto label paper and attached to recycled paper board. |  Leather cut by hand then engraved with a Cricut Maker.  Cutting out basic forms and laminating layers of foam together for initial sculpting. |  Sculpted foam sconces ready for fiberglass prep. |  Foam covered in aluminum foil to prevent it from melting when exposed to the fiberglass resin. |
